01   Nature of Content

All content published on the Kanz platform is strictly educational. It is intended to introduce members to the fundamentals and concepts of financial and technical analysis.

  • Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • Nothing should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial or digital asset.
  • Kanz does not provide brokerage services and does not manage money or investment portfolios on behalf of members.
  • Kanz does not operate as a trading platform or financial intermediary in any form.

02   Cryptocurrency Content Restriction (Egypt Residents)

Legal basis: Central Bank and Banking Sector Law No. 194 of 2020, Article 206 — prohibits issuing, trading, promoting, or operating platforms for crypto assets in Egypt without a license from the Central Bank of Egypt.

In compliance with Egyptian law, Kanz takes the following measures for subscribers residing in Egypt:

  • Content restriction: Access to all sections containing educational content related to cryptocurrencies or digital assets is restricted for Egyptian residents.
  • No promotion: Kanz does not promote any cryptocurrency or digital trading platform to Egyptian residents.
  • No encouragement: Kanz does not encourage Egyptian residents to engage with cryptocurrencies in any form.
Egyptian subscribers acknowledge that dealing in cryptocurrencies is prohibited by law in Egypt, and that violations may result in criminal penalties including imprisonment and fines under Egyptian law. Kanz bears no liability for any independent actions taken by the subscriber outside the platform.

03   Subscribers Outside Egypt

Each subscriber outside Egypt is responsible for verifying the legality of dealing in cryptocurrencies and digital assets under the laws and regulations of their country of residence.

Kanz bears no responsibility for a subscriber's violation of their local laws. We recommend consulting a qualified legal advisor in your country before engaging with any digital asset content.

04   No Guarantee of Results

The educational content provided on the platform does not guarantee any specific profits or financial outcomes. Financial markets carry inherent risk, and all investment and trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the subscriber.

Kanz recommends that every subscriber consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.

05   Intellectual Property

All educational materials and content on the platform — including text, videos, charts, and analyses — are the intellectual property of Kanz. Copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

06   Amendments

Kanz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

07   Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in each subscriber's country of residence.
