Refund Policy
01 Nature of Digital Products & Non-Refundability
Because all services and content delivered through the Kanz platform are digital products (training courses, downloadable files, educational materials, software services) that are delivered to the subscriber immediately via the internet or made instantly accessible, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once payment has been completed.
02 Exceptional Cases for Payment Processing
Notwithstanding the non-refundable nature of digital products, the platform is committed to addressing the following specific technical and financial errors:
Duplicate charges and billing errors
Cases where subscription fees are charged twice in error for the same service and the same account, or where an amount different from the published price is charged due to a technical fault during processing.
Material technical failures (before content consumption)
If the subscriber encounters a material technical failure on the platform's end that completely prevents access to digital content, and the technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered — provided the subscriber has not downloaded or consumed any portion of the content.
03 Refund Request Procedure
Step 1: Submit your request
Send refund review requests through the platform's support channels (see Contact Us) within a maximum of 3 days from the date of the transaction.
Step 2: Review and verification
The account status and system records are reviewed to confirm that no digital content has been accessed or downloaded whatsoever (0% consumption rate) to ensure the validity of the request.
Step 3: Processing
Upon approval, the applicable amount is transferred within 5 to 7 business days, after deduction of administrative fees and third-party payment gateway charges.
